CLEANING CHECKLIST

(Document with cleaning checklist possible to print out) 

House rules

• Guest must clean the house before departure, leave in good condition for the next guest.
• Use common sense and leave the house as it was when you arrived.

Checklist cleaning

• Vacuum and mop all the floors.
• Wash and put away all dishes, empty dishwasher.
• Wipe down the fridge, kitchen table, sink and surfaces.
• Clean the hob, oven and microwave.
• Clean the toilet and sink, wipe down the taps.
• Polish the mirrors.
• Place linen and towels in laundry machines in the cellar. Start the program “Wash and dry”.
• Make the beds with bed covers.
• Empty any ash from the fireplace in the living room.
• Wipe down living room table and surfaces.
• Vacuum the furniture, including under sofa cushions.
• Remove all rubbish from kitchen and bathroom, empty the coffee maker.
  • Dispose of household waste in the green bin outside
  • Dispose of compost and food scraps in the brown bin outside
  • Throw away recycling (plastic, glass, cardboard) at the recycling center at Tynningö Lifvs
• Clean the outdoor grill
• Wipe down the outdoor table
• Put a chlorine tablet in the spa and leave it on
• If the small seafront house was used, clean that house as well.
• Close all windows, lock the doors and leave the keys in the key box.

Inadequate cleaning will result in a charge of SEK 1500.

Smoking in our properties will result in a cleaning charge of at least SEK 6000.
